Potterton is part of the Baxi Group, so many of its faults look familiar — the codes and internals overlap heavily with Baxi. In London we see plenty of E133 ignition lockouts on older Suprimas and E110 overheat faults on sludged systems that have never been flushed. E119 low-pressure lockouts are almost always a slow leak somewhere on the system rather than the boiler itself.
Because the parts network is shared with Baxi, Potterton spares are stocked at every major London wholesaler, and our first-visit fix rate stays high. Combine a repair with a proper power flush and a magnetic filter and most Pottertons will run for another decade.
